- From contractors: name, company, trade, service area, phone number, email address and the monthly job capacity you submit through our form or share during onboarding.
- From homeowners: when a homeowner submits a request through one of our campaigns or landing pages, we collect their name, phone number, email address, property address and job details.
- Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, collected through standard server logs and cookies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, check territory availability and provide pricing.
- To deliver homeowner requests to the contractor who serves that area and trade.
- To run, measure and improve our advertising campaigns and website.
- To verify lead quality, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
- To contact you by phone, text and email about our services, where you have agreed to it.
How we share information
We share a homeowner’s request details with the single contractor it is sent to. We use service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, form handling, messaging and analytics, and they may process information only on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about our services, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out of calls or emails by writing to info@proshomeconsulting.com.
